Cicoria Catalogna or Italian Dandelion
Closely related with endive, trésfine, in chicory family. One of the versatile vegetable you can use both in salad as baby leaf and stir fry when its bunched. Its valued by the nutritional treats and bitter note. Rich in vitamin A, C, K. Smaller amount of Vitamin E, folate, and Vitamin B1 but more in several minerals, iron, calcium, magnesium, and potassium.
The best way to stir fry them with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, bit of lemon dash. Traditionally they are sprinkled in chili pepper flakes or powder before serving, but don't over power the seasoning because you they already have great flavor!
