Summer Savory is a less known herb which is used in the same way sage is elsewhere. This important cuisine of Atlantic Canada, Bulgarian, and Romanian cuisine could be a good substitute for sage in Bali.
It is great with meat, many fowl, stews, stuffed cabbage, ground meat and for barbeque.
