The dark green spoon - shaped leaves came along with thick rosette. It has a soft creamy texture and subtle yet distinctive flavor. Our type is more mild which suitable as baby harvested for salads and more matured leaves for sautéed, stir fries, pairing best with invertebrates dishes like scallops, oysters, and snails!
Also a good substitute for english spinach and horenzo with better fibre content.
